Calibration Procedure for EL3020 Transmitter‌

1. Pre-Calibration Setup

Tools Required:

  • Reference pressure source (accuracy ≤ ±0.1% FS)
  • Digital multimeter (resolution 0.01 mA)
  • HART communicator / Field calibration software

Safety Precautions:

  • Isolate process pressure and vent the transmitter.
  • Verify ambient temperature: ‌15–25°C‌ (outside range requires compensation).


2. Zero & Span Adjustment
