Pre-Debugging Requirements

  1. Safety Lockout

    • Depressurize system: Engage hydraulic lockout/tagout (LOTO# HV-03)
    • Verify accumulator bleed-down (pressure gauge ≤1 bar)
  2. Setup Verification
