ABB INNPM22 Operational Workflow
1. Pre-Startup Checks
- Verify power supply: 24V DC ±10% (label: TB1 terminals 1/2).
- Inspect field wiring for shielded twisted-pair cables (max. length: 500m).
- Confirm DIP switch settings (SW1) match network protocol (e.g., Modbus RTU: SW1.1=ON).
2. Configuration
- Use ABB Automation Builder (v3.1+) to:
- Set node address (range: 1–247 for Modbus).
- Assign I/O mapping (default: 4–20mA inputs = registers 40001–40008).
- Enable diagnostic alarms (e.g., over-range = register 40100).
3. Calibration
- Zero adjustment: Short-circuit inputs → Trigger CAL0 command (register 40200).
- Span calibration: Apply 20mA reference → Trigger CAL20 command (register 40201).
4. Diagnostics
- LED indicators:
- PWR (Green): Steady = Normal.
- COM (Yellow): Blinking = Data traffic.
- ERR (Red): Fault (check register 40100).
5. Maintenance
- Quarterly: Clean ventilation slots (compressed air, ≤0.3MPa).
- Annually: Verify calibration drift (<±0.1% FS).
Troubleshooting
- No communication: Check termination resistors (120Ω for RS-485).
- Invalid data: Reinitialize I/O mapping in software.
