Pre-Start Checklist

Power Isolation
- De-energize the main circuit breaker (CB1) and attach a LOCKOUT TAG with operator ID.
- Verify zero voltage at test points TP1–TP3 using a multimeter (range: 0–600V AC).

Fluid System Preparation
- Close upstream/downstream isolation valves (V-101/V-102).
- Relieve residual pressure via drain port DR-04 until gauge PG1 reads 0 kPa (±0.1 kPa).
Calibration Sequence
Step 1: Sensor Alignment
- Loosen M6 mounting bolts (x4) using a 10mm torque wrench (max. 5 N·m).
- Position laser alignment tool (P/N: ALN-5570) against reference datum Surface ‘A’.
- Adjust sensor until green indicator illuminates steadily.
- Re-torque bolts to 4.8±0.2 N·m in crisscross sequence.
Step 2: Pressure Calibration

a. Connect calibrated pressure source to test port PT-2.
b. Apply 20 kPa, 50 kPa, and 100 kPa reference points.
c. Adjust trim pot R12 until display reads within ±0.1 kPa of reference.

Leak Test
- Pressurize system to 110% of operating range (max. 120 kPa).
- Monitor pressure decay for ≤0.5 kPa/min over 10 minutes.

Functional Test
- Restore power to CB1.
- Initiate self-test via HMI: Menu > Diagnostics > Run ST-004.
- Confirm all status LEDs show steady GREEN.
Critical Notices
- ESD Protection: Wear grounded wrist strap when handling PCBs (ESD sensitivity: Class 0).
- Recalibration Interval: Perform full calibration every 6 months or after 500 operating hours.
- WARNING: Do not exceed 120 kPa during testing—rupture disc rated at 125 kPa.
