1. Safety Information

WARNING:

• Always wear approved laser safety goggles (OD 7+ at operating wavelength) when handling gas cylinders.
• Never expose gas cylinders to temperatures exceeding 50°C or direct sunlight.
• Ensure proper ventilation – minimum 4 air changes per hour in storage areas.

2. System Overview

The LLASERGAS 12944-E is a precision gas supply system designed for industrial laser applications with these key specifications:

• Gas Compatibility: Ar/CO₂/N₂/H₂/He mixtures (99.999% purity)
• Pressure Range: 0-300 psi (20.7 bar) regulated output
• Flow Capacity: 0.5-30 LPM continuous flow
• Connections: CGA 580 inlet, VCR outlet fittings

3. Installation Procedure

1. Cylinder Mounting:
   • Secure cylinder to wall bracket using provided chain (max 45° tilt)
   • Verify O-ring integrity before connecting
2. System Connection:

   a. Purge all lines with inert gas b. Torque fittings to 25 ft-lbs (34 Nm) c. Leak check with 100 psi He (≤1x10⁻⁹ cc/sec)

4. Operation Guide

Startup Sequence:
