I/O configuration and performance integration: 16 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs, with input support for 24VDC dry contacts/active signals (drain/source optional), output in 24VDC source FET structure, rated current of 2A per channel, total rated current of 8A. Switching delay<300 μ s, switching frequency under resistive load can reach 500Hz, with fast and stable response.
Isolation and safety protection adopt a single channel isolation design, with a voltage resistance of up to 1000VAC between channels and between channels and buses, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference. The output end is equipped with overcurrent/short circuit thermal shutdown protection and reverse polarity protection for power supply. The input end has surge suppression function and multiple protections to prevent module and external equipment damage.
The system compatibility and scalability are perfectly compatible with X20 series bus modules (such as X20BM11/X20BM15), supporting system level hot plugging and seamless expansion. Following the three-stage structure of X20 system (bus module electronic module field terminal), it supports pre wiring and modular replacement, greatly improving the efficiency of control cabinet assembly.
The convenience of diagnosis and maintenance is equipped with channel level LED indicator lights and software dual diagnostic functions, which can provide real-time feedback on power status, channel continuity, and fault information (such as short circuit, overcurrent). Support the replacement of electronic modules with electric hot plugging, and keep the pre wired terminals unchanged on site, significantly reducing downtime for maintenance.
Industrial grade environment adaptation meets industrial grade working conditions, with a working temperature range of -40 ℃ to 70 ℃, humidity of 5% to 95% RH (non condensing), protection level of IP20, and can operate stably in various harsh industrial scenarios.
